The Delphi Suite is a trio of statistically proven bureau scores each comprising of a number of scorecards all scaled to the same risk that can be delivered as a range or risk grade.

Delphi for New Business

Experian's Delphi for New Business (DNB) is a highly predictive generic bureau scorecard that provides organisations with a complete view of new applicants. DNB is a refreshed acquisition bureau-based scoring model featuring even greater predictive strength than its predecessors. DNB assists traditional lenders in targeting and acquiring the most appropriate customers in the market.

Delphi for New Markets

The growing opportunity to provide credit products to new market entrants is changing the way credit providers do business in South Africa . Experian's Delphi for New Markets (DNM) is a highly predictive generic bureau scorecard that has been designed to effectively assess the credit risk of new market entrants, new portfolios and emerging markets where such segments may be classified as higher risk. This new addition to the Delphi offering promises to provide lenders to the higher risk market segment greater assurance that their customers will perform well, if accepted and will strongly support responsible lending within this segment.

Delphi for Customer Management

In addition to acquiring new customers, lenders also need to manage risk and optimise profitability within their existing customer base. Delphi for Customer Management (DCM) will assist credit providers in deploying effective customer management strategies such as limit increases, product cross-sell campaigns and prioritisation of collections across all segments. For credit providers' that already have in-house behaviourial scoring systems, Delphi for Customer Management can provide an accurate risk assessment of activity outside their organisation, providing a true customer view. If not, DCM is predictive enough to be used as a stand-alone behavioural score.
