Application Scorecard Monitoring for Analysts

This one day practical workshop builds on the basic principals of scoring discussed in our Introduction to Scoring workshop.  It focuses on the methodology behind scorecard monitoring, where delegates are able to tackle practical examples and apply these to the theories presented. Delegates will learn how to undertake a full scorecard and portfolio monitoring exercise, and also how to interpret the results into key findings to present to management.

Who should attend?

The course is aimed at Analysts who may be required to undertake the monitoring function within their organisation as well as those who want to improve their understanding of how the results they use to make decisions are obtained. Delegates are required to have attended Experian's Introduction to Scoring Workshop or to have a basic knowledge of scoring principals – and should be proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Our objective is to ensure that you receive the maximum benefit out of this workshop. If you are unsure, simply answer the three questions below:

  1. Do you have a fairly strong understanding of the concepts of scoring and would like to gain more in-depth training on the analytical aspects of scorecard monitoring?
  2. Do you use Microsoft Excel in your day-to-day work i.e. performing data analysis, calculations, constructing pivot tables, etc.?
  3. Are you directly involved in the scorecard monitoring and analysis on a daily basis?

If you have answered ‘yes' to all three questions, then this workshop will be of immense benefit to you.
