Recover outstanding monies without the need of a legal team

Collection Letter

What can it do for me?

Economic pressures have made the collection of outstanding monies a stressful and often unsuccessful experience. Non payment negatively affects your cash flow as well as your ability to pay your debts. Experian offers a set of carefully structured letters to prompt payment from overdue customers.

How can we help you?

By utilising the Experian brand your debtor is more likely to act on the payment prompter due to the nature and seriousness of the correspondence. The knowledge that non payment may result in an adverse listing with the bureau, which severely affects the subjects credit rating often improves the likelihood of receiving payment. Although Experian does not take part in the actual collection; the service provides bureau endorsement to prompt a reaction from your debtor. The service is an electronic service only. The two channels for delivery are either fax or email. Where a debtor has refused payment after the completion of the offered service, an Experian representative will contact you in order to compile the necessary information and permission to proceed with an adverse listing.
