Driving Data and Insight: Meet our new Chief Data Officer

For more than 100 years, Experian has been using the power of data to transform lives, businesses and economies for the better. And never before has data’s potential been so great.

The acceleration of technology means that we now live in a world built on data – it is everywhere, forever growing in value and significance.

The sheer amount of data and information available today might seem overwhelming. But we’re making sense of it in powerful new ways.

We’re gathering, analysing, combining and processing data to help you better understand and meet the needs of your customers.

To this end, we are pleased to announce that David Coleman, who previously headed Analytics for Experian South Africa, was recently appointed to the role of Chief Data Officer (CDO).

This role brings a dedicated focus to our data assets – engaging with clients and regulators to understand their data and insight requirements, sourcing new data assets, data quality enhancements as well as data processing efficiencies.

We look forward to supporting you in embracing the many opportunities that the data revolution brings.
