Black Economic Empowerment

Experian South Africa has continued to show a strong commitment to Transformation and Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) with a successful transition to the amended Codes of Good Practice, by achieving a Level 2 B-BBEE rating. We are incredibly pleased that our Clients and Partners can now enjoy 125% recognition toward their own B-BBEE efforts when working with Experian South Africa.

This year saw vast improvements under the Skills Development and Enterprise & Supplier Development.

Moving forward our focus will continue to be on developing talent and providing opportunities for South Africans to achieve their full potential through industry specific bursaries and development programmes

Experian aims to make the business more sustainable from a social, ethical, and environmental (SEE) perspective.

A key focus at Experian, amongst others, is Financial Literacy by empowering SMEs and individuals within previously disadvantaged communities to gain access to affordable lending.
