The IDV solution offers both a real-time call to Department of Home Affairs (DHA) and Cache Data. Our cache data still allows you to verify the identification using our on-file data.

A business submits a client’s ID number and requests optional data such as an ID photograph and Cache Option (the call is made only when DHA is offline). The request is processed in real-time by the Department of Home Affairs, which provides results that include the ID issue date, marital and deceased status, and, if requested, the ID photograph. The service supports rapid and accurate identity verification to minimise the risk of fraud.
