Bronze Reports
Experian’s Bronze report offers a quick and efficient way to screen potential customers or vendors. This solution allows for rapid evaluation without needing a full report investigation, which supports low-exposure credit screening.
This service is best suited for companies managing low credit-exposure transactions where quick decision-making is critical, but a full credit report may not be necessary.
Reports include, if available:
- Business Details: Basic information for entity identification.
- Statutory and Principal Details: Data verified by CIPC.
- Operational Insights: Up-to-date business activities.
- Bank Codes: Provided if the entity's bankers participate as bank code suppliers.
- Payment Analysis: May include up to three trade references, where available.
- Court Records: Summary of available court-related information.
- Principal Information: Principal-related information, where available.
- Non-Active Principals: Names and ID numbers are provided for reference.
How to Order a Bronze Report
- Online Ordering: Access BusinessIQ, select the Bronze report option from the dropdown menu, and enter the desired company’s details.

Important Note
The Bronze report is not intended for high-exposure credit decisions. Basic entity confirmation may be conducted, but it is not a thoroughly researched credit report. To ensure quick delivery, clients should provide bank details, trade references, and contact information.
